Delivery & Returns

We always rigorously check our toys online to ensure you receive your good in perfect working order. However, we understand that there are many reasons you may need to return a product.

We want to make this as easy as possible for you, so you can enjoy stress free shopping with us, so please read our terms below.

We're very flexible as we allow returns if:

  • You've changed your mind
  • The item has been damaged in the post
  • You recive the wrong item
  • The item is not what you expect

However, to ensure we can deal with it swiftly we need customers to take note of our time limits. We hope you understand.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you may return NEW and UNOPENED items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs on toys sold online by us if the item is faulty. In all other cases, the buyer must pay for the return cost.

Goods should be returned promptly in the received condition and in all original packaging. Please use the original envelope to return your item and it is advisable to gain a Proof of Posting at the post office.

We cannot accept returns on games software which has been unsealed unless the item is faulty. This is in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about an order of toys you've bought online, simply log into your account and send us a message stating that you wish the order to be cancelled. Your request will be processed within 12 hours and monies returned to your account.

If your item has already been sent, please send the item back and your refund will be processed in full upon receipt by us.

 

Delivery Information

 

Our company delivers to all World Wide destinations.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day as it is placed (before 2pm) or the next Working Day. In most cases the item will arrive within two days otherwise see below.

 

UK Free Delivery - Please allow 2 - 5 working days

 

All items are sent with Royal Mail. For small value items we will deliver First Class Royal Mail. High value items may normally be sent via a tracked service such as Special Delivery or via Parcel Force.

 

Items may be posted separately and arrive separately.

 

UK 24 Hour Next Working Day - Order must be placed before 2pm

 

For urgent deliveries, orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive the next working day. There is no delivery or warehouse service over the weekend, i.e if you place your order on Friday, it will arrive on the Monday after.

 

Europe  - Please allow up to 10 working days

 

Worldwide - Please allow up to 20 working days

 

Costs are calculated according to weight. You can see the shipping cost when you reach the checkout stage.

 

We use Royal Mail International Mail. For high value items we will use International Signed for with a tracking number. This information will be on your order, otherwise please contact us after 24 hours on the support email.

 

Items will be posted together in 1 package.

 

If your delivery does not arrive promptly, please first check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them and also please see if a Delivery Note was left by your postman.

 

Please allow 10 working days (or 20 working days for international) from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries. We can then start the Royal Mail compensation process.

Are all your items in stock?

 

Yes all our items are in stock but we sell on a number of different channels. Our inventory is updated hourly so we are as near real time as possible! If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

 

I received an email that my item status was Awaiting Fulfilment?

 

This is just a standard message that indicates we received your order and that we are picking and packing it. Your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.

 

How fast do you dispatch items?

 

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. During Christmas or peak times this may increase to 48 hours. We always use a First Class service so your item should arrive within 2 working days. Next day Courier service also available on all our products.
